- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures with >1000-qubit coherence

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and ML specialists
- File 2-3 quantum computing patents annually in advanced algorithms

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction
