Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Develop error-correction protocols and fault-tolerance strategies for quantum processors
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world problem solving
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and simulation challenges
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in top-tier scientific journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum architecture design
- Deep expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
