Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error correction protocols to maintain quantum coherence in large-scale systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Create quantum algorithms for complex computational problems in finance and logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum solutions with classical computing frameworks
- Publish research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and conduct technical workshops
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
