Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography, simulation, and AI workloads
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to achieve 99.9% qubit stability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Translate quantum computing requirements into scalable software solutions
- Present quantum breakthroughs to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and cloud quantum platforms
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Published research in quantum computing or cryptography (arXiv, IEEE, Nature)
- Certification in quantum engineering from recognized institutions (e.g., IBM Quantum Network)
