As a cornerstone of our Quantum Research Division, you'll architect scalable quantum architectures, optimize quantum error correction protocols, and develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks. Your work will directly impact breakthrough applications in cryptography, drug discovery, and climate modeling.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Develop quantum error correction algorithms for 100+ qubit systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development
- Research emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic computing)
- Optimize quantum circuit compilation for hardware-specific constraints
- Document quantum system specifications and implementation protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Track record of leading complex technical projects
