Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware
- Lead fault-tolerance implementations in superconducting qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical optimization frameworks
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit connectivity architectures
- Author patents for novel quantum gate operations
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum information theory
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# programming frameworks
- Proficiency with cryogenic quantum control systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing models
- Experience with AWS Braket or Azure Quantum platforms
- Security clearance preferred for government-funded projects
