Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for commercial applications in cryptography and AI
- Lead architecture of fault-tolerant quantum processors operating at millikelvin temperatures
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times and error correction
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to future cryptographic attacks
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in leading journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
