Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic qubits
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Create quantum security frameworks for next-gen cryptography
- Lead research on topological quantum computing implementations
- Document quantum system architectures and publish breakthrough findings
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS + 5 years experience accepted)
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic systems
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
