Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-corrected architectures for industrial applications
- Lead quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives to optimize qubit performance
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum computing frameworks for cryptography and simulation
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize quantum solutions in finance and healthcare
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in leading journals
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies and systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, IEEE Quantum)
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into practical implementations
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
