Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems by 2026
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for industrial-grade fault tolerance
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography, simulation, and machine learning
- Establish quantum security protocols protecting next-gen data infrastructure
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design cryogenic control systems
- Drive quantum software development standards and API specifications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, QAOA) and error correction codes
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum hardware or software design
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance architectures
