Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for real-world commercial applications
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing infrastructure and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Develop quantum security protocols for 2026-era data protection
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
