Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 technological requirements
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit connectivity
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic systems)
- Create performance benchmarks and optimization frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
