Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and hardware-software co-design
- Collaborate with security teams to build quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable technical roadmaps
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming and system architecture
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum technology symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion architectures
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Track record of leading quantum computing projects with measurable outcomes
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex multi-variable systems
