Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop novel quantum algorithms to solve complex computational challenges
- Optimize qubit coherence times and error correction protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Research and prototype quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Collaborate with academia to publish breakthrough research in quantum computing
- Define technical roadmaps for quantum computing deployment in enterprise environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum gates, and circuit design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to deployment
