- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence engineering
- Translate quantum advantage into commercial applications for finance/pharma
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years designing quantum circuits with >50 qubit systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in Nature/Science quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
