Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum processor architectures for 2026 deployment
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving 99.9% fidelity thresholds
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm optimization for real-world applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing interfaces for enterprise integration
- Drive patent development for novel quantum hardware and software innovations
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols in post-quantum cryptography
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and hardware interfaces
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience leading quantum computing projects with $10M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of quantum annealing, superconducting qubits, and topological computing
- Security clearance eligibility for government quantum defense projects
