Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures for fault-tolerant computation systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Collaborate with government and industry partners on quantum security standards
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in IEEE Nature journals
- Translate theoretical models into scalable hardware specifications
- Drive patent development for novel quantum algorithms and architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Track record of leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
- Expertise in quantum hardware-software co-design methodologies
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum system optimization
