- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption standards
- Drive open-source quantum software contributions to global research community
- Mentor quantum engineers in cutting-edge error correction techniques
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years quantum computing architecture experience with 500+ qubit systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or top-tier quantum conferences
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
