Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit capabilities
- Design quantum error correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for practical applications
- Lead quantum software-hardware integration projects
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams on qubit optimization
- Research emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonics)
- Present quantum architecture roadmaps to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum architecture or advanced system design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Deep understanding of quantum complexity classes
- Certification in quantum architecture or equivalent portfolio
