Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures compatible with 2026-era hardware constraints
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-level optimization problems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor integration and validation
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation data encryption
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum computing adoption in target industries
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in leading scientific journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
