Responsibilities

- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding for quantum initiatives

- Mentor next-generation quantum engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of quantum computing architecture experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Track record of securing government/industry grants
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
