Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for complex problem-solving
- Integrate quantum systems with classical computing environments
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at global tech conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum mechanics and system design
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or algorithm design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum information science or related fields
- Expertise in error correction techniques for quantum systems
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
- Track record of leading technical teams to deliver complex projects
