Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for next-generation applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for cryptography and machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit coherence and error correction
- Develop roadmaps for quantum integration with classical computing systems
- Drive research initiatives in topological quantum computing and fault-tolerant designs
- Present findings to industry stakeholders and academic partners
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum theory and practical implementations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or algorithm design
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
