- Present strategic quantum roadmaps to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum computing architectures or equivalent research
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proven experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations and optimization
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Strong background in superconducting qubit or photonic quantum systems
- Experience leading technical teams in fast-paced R&D environments
