Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit stability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Research and integrate emerging quantum materials and error-correction techniques
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors operating at millikelvin temperatures
- Collaborate with AI teams to optimize quantum machine learning workflows
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or superconducting circuit design
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proven experience building cryogenic quantum systems below 10mK
- Strong background in quantum cryptography and post-quantum algorithms
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
