Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving >99.99% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (e.g., topological qubits, photonics)
- Define quantum security frameworks for 2026-era cyber threats
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum algorithm optimization
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or hardware systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (Q#, IBM Qiskit, Google Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum information theory and cryptography
- Proven ability to translate quantum concepts into business applications
