Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing infrastructure supporting 100+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Lead quantum error correction protocol development to achieve fault-tolerant operations
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize cryogenic control systems and photonic interconnects
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development and system integration
- Drive innovation through partnerships with national labs and academic institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic system engineering
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
