Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications

- Mentor PhD-level researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Partner with industry leaders to identify commercial quantum applications
- Drive quantum computing roadmap for 2026 product launches
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Experience leading research teams with $5M+ budgets
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Google, Rigetti)
- Strong background in error correction and fault tolerance
