Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for 2026-era applications
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Collaborate with MIT/Caltech partners on quantum-resistant protocols
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish in Nature/Science
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NSF grants
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks
- Present findings at Davos/WEF summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science
- 5+ years in quantum research with peer-reviewed papers
- Proficiency in Qiskit/IBM Quantum Experience
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Expertise in Shor's/Grover's algorithms
- Security clearance or DOE Q clearance preferred
- Track record of translating theory to prototypes
