Responsibilities

- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Manage a cross-functional team of quantum researchers and engineers
- Develop roadmaps for quantum computing applications targeting 2026 commercial viability
- Secure external funding through government grants and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization

- Experience managing research teams and complex technical projects
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ions, photonics)
