Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for commercial applications targeting 2026 deployment
- Manage cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers

- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies on quantum pilot programs
- Present findings at global tech summits including IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing hardware (superconducting/ion trap)
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Strong background in C++/Python for quantum simulation
