- Secure $5M+ in federal grants and private partnerships for quantum initiatives
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers in quantum information science
- Establish industry standards for quantum-safe cryptography protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing breakthrough quantum algorithms with real-world implementations
- Expertise in superconducting qubit architectures and error correction methodologies
- Strong background in quantum machine learning and optimization techniques
