- Translate theoretical quantum concepts into practical enterprise applications
- Secure and manage research grants exceeding $5M annually from federal and private sources
- Present breakthrough findings at premier quantum computing conferences (QIP, IEEE Quantum Week)
- Mentor PhD-level researchers and publish in top-tier journals (Nature Quantum, Science)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of quantum research experience
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact quantum computing papers (h-index >20)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Deep knowledge of quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Experience securing NSF, DOE, or DARPA quantum research grants
- Proficiency in quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in computational complexity theory and quantum information theory
