Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications
- Lead experimental quantum computing projects using superconducting qubits
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and error correction
- Publish high-impact research in leading scientific journals
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptography protocols for 2026 security standards

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (required)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with low-temperature experimental setups (preferred)
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
