Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals
- Develop error mitigation protocols and quantum error correction codes for next-generation hardware
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit architectures
- Lead research publications in top-tier quantum computing journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure federal and private research grants for quantum initiatives
- Contribute to ethical frameworks for quantum computing deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)

- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
