Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and simulation challenges
- Lead fault-tolerant quantum computing research pushing beyond current NISQ limitations
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum processors with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for 2026-era AI applications
- Author breakthrough research publications and patents in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior researchers and establish industry-wide quantum computing standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing
- Published record in Nature/Science journals or equivalent quantum computing conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
