Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum error correction research
- Develop scalable quantum neural network architectures
- Publish peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $5M+ in government/industry grants for 2026 initiatives
- Mentor postdoctoral fellows in quantum machine learning

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with IBM Quantum Experience or Rigetti
- Published research in quantum supremacy or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Q# and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Strong background in tensor network simulations
