Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and cryptography applications
- Develop quantum error-correction codes to enhance qubit stability and computational fidelity
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate operations and coherence times
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives targeting fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure research grants from NSF, DARPA, and private quantum-focused foundations

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoctoral experience
