Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional research teams in developing quantum-resistant encryption protocols

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit architectures
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from government and private sector partners
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers in quantum information theory
- Develop patent portfolios protecting proprietary quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE journals on quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
