Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Lead experimental quantum computing projects using superconducting and photonic systems
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford researchers on quantum error correction protocols
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for AI acceleration
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum methodologies
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum computing or quantum information
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and microwave control
