Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization and simulation problems
- Design error-corrected quantum circuits using superconducting and photonic systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical computing frameworks
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)

- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
