Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error mitigation techniques for NISQ-era quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum circuits
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Lead cross-functional projects with AI and materials science divisions

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency with linear algebra, probability, and complex analysis
