Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead error mitigation strategies in superconducting qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks

- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
- Secure $2M+ in NSF/DoD grant funding

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics/Computer Science with quantum focus
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum circuit simulation
- Proficiency in Qiskit/Cirq programming frameworks
