Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead quantum hardware integration projects with superconducting qubit systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to commercialize quantum solutions
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure and manage government/private quantum research grants
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming and error correction
- Develop proprietary quantum simulation frameworks for pre-prototyping
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or theoretical physics
