Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum systems using superconducting and photonic platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum computing solutions
- Publish groundbreaking research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Develop error mitigation techniques to enhance quantum circuit reliability

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of quantum computing research
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical HPC frameworks
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing or physics journals
- Demonstrated experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or equivalent)
