Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex problem-solving in cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Develop error mitigation techniques to enhance quantum system stability and computational accuracy
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit performance on next-generation processors
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at leading international conferences
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to translate theoretical quantum models into practical applications
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the organization's quantum computing roadmap
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Proven track record of published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE, QAOA)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
