- Develop IP strategy for quantum innovations with legal team

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and statistical mechanics
- Demonstrated ability to secure research grants or venture funding
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or ion trap technologies
