Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit stability

- Mentor junior researchers and publish peer-reviewed papers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of experience with quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum algorithms or hardware
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulators
- Understanding of quantum error correction codes
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters
