Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research with demonstrated algorithm breakthroughs

- Publication record in top-tier scientific journals with 20+ citations per paper
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation tools
