Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead experimental validation of quantum computing prototypes on 100+ qubit systems
- Develop error correction methodologies for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Author breakthrough publications in Nature/Science and secure patents
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum-computing fundamentals
- Shape strategic roadmap for quantum AI integration by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or error correction
- Expertise in high-performance computing environments
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Track record of translating theoretical models into practical implementations
